Time travel on the drive home

On Friday I had one of those days when my normal commute route is deviated from, and I enter parts of the city that I am unfamiliar with. I left the 610 loop before I-45 for the hell of it really as I was in no hurry to get home. I turned my Honda south and drove through an economically overlooked part of the city. While driving along I saw this building across the street from Kelly's, the nastiest place I have eaten in in many years, and decided to snap a photo.
